MEMBERSHIP
Members pay a monthly fee based on their medical care needs and desired level of service. This fee covers an annual comprehensive health history and physical, preventive medicine counseling and 24/7 access to Dr. Laws (see list of services). While this fee may not be covered by your health insurance, pre-tax flexible spending accounts and health savings accounts (HSAs) will typically cover most or all of this fee.
It’s important to note that all other expenses, such as laboratory tests, radiology studies, hospitalizations, emergency room visits and subspecialist services, will be covered as usual by your health plan.
DIABETES AND PREVENTIVE CARDIOLOGY
If you already have a primary care provider, Dr. Laws will be happy to see you for Diabetes or Preventive Cardiology subspecialty consultation. We ask you to pay at the time of your visit but we'll submit a bill to your insurance for your reimbursement.
